I had doubts about this website because after placing the order, if something goes wrong, who do I contact? But I immediately received a message the next morning from their support: Mr.Pramod sir. He was kind and kept me up-to-date with the shipment status.
The product is awesome. Wi-Fi transfers happen in milliseconds. I can read without worrying about my eyes getting strained. I can write without having to worry about the environment.
If I use it for 5 years, the money saved from buying notebooks and carbon footprint offset efforts, should exceed that of this device.
I broke one of my nibs when my coworker dropped the pen. But I replaced it with a spare one. You get 4 spare nibs. Seem more than enough for the product’s life.
I am looking forward to getting awesome software updates since EB1011 is still new.
I can already browse the web on it.
Hope they get AI tools on it, like writing and reading from LLMs.

I really love this device. I own a remarkable 2 tablet. It is great for note taking and light weight. However, it lacked a web browser and the ability to install my favorite reading apps. I decided to buy this one as it looks similiar to remarkable 2 as I like this form factor.
I am really loving this device. Installed my favorite reading apps and magazine apps. Excellent battery life and great usability.
A few points that is worth mentioning. The accompanying case will make the beautiful tablet look weird. Better to use without the case. Also, you can use any EMR pen. I prefer a Staedtler Noris. There needs to be a one-time Google device certification setup you need to follow to use Google Play.
Overall, a good writing device and a great reading device.

Excellent e-ink reader for distraction-free work. I use it extensively for many hours each day, and this review is based on a week of use. If you’re someone whose mind works better in an old-school, analogue style, this is your go-to device. It significantly boosts productivity. And yes you can even install apps like chatgpt , amazon audible, kindle reader!!!

I have been using the device for about a week now and it is serving my primary requirement well, which is having a larger screen for reading and writing documents. I have not yet explored other use cases such as browsing or additional apps.
For now, this works well as my work and study companion and it has been a good start.
